Erm… our flat has four rooms, no garden, but we have a balcony and a lovely view of the sea.
There are only the two of us living in the flat, and we have some lovely furniture, a wooden desk and a computer. We don't have a television. There's a big bed, and a small bed in the spare room. I like it because there's a breeze from the sea, and it's also very cheap.

Erm … nuestro apartamento no tiene cuatro espacios(cuartos), ningún jardín, pero tenemos un balcón y una vista(opinión) encantadora del mar.
Hay sólo dos de nosotros viviendo en el apartamento, y tenemos algunos muebles encantadores, un escritorio de madera y un ordenador. No tenemos una televisión. Hay una cama grande, y una pequeña cama en el espacio(cuarto) de repuesto. Me gusta esto porque hay una brisa del mar, y es también muy barato.
